R Reflect Issue

Assess an issue or task comprehensively. This includes priorities, interrelation of issues, dependencies and effects. Identify and manage the appropriate involvement of stakeholders to resolve the issue effectively.

Objectives

The objectives of reflecting the issue are manifold. We offer tools to assess and visualize the situation’s context including dependencies, effects, broken barriers and contributing circumstances. Using this approach, you determine whether or not additional analysis is required. You establish priorities to solve the different issues. Stakeholders, who can contribute to the issue resolution are identified. This step establishes a basis for communication and follow up.
